Returns and Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used candles, wax melts, or room sprays
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at sevenandco.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock and product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at sevenandco.co@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged item for faster resolution.
